It was a privilege to work on this Grade 2 listed former vicarage at Churchill Gate, which required some much-needed TLC, with a design approach that would enhance its charming period features and exposed beams while preserving its country character.
The kitchen and utility refurbishment came through a recommendation from a previous client. The design features solid ash shaker cabinetry, beautifully painted in the customer’s bespoke shade of green. An integrated fridge freezer maintains clean lines, while a custom-built extractor sits above the range, framed by an antique mirror splashback adding depth and character.

Features of this kitchen installation
Finishing touches include antique brass cup handles paired with a matching Quooker antique brass hot tap, creating a cohesive and elegant look. A hidden breakfast coffee station with feature oak interior drawers adds both practicality and a touch of luxury to this thoughtfully designed space.
The boot room was thoughtfully designed to maximise storage while creating a practical seating area. It also incorporates a discreet utility zone, housing a built-in wine fridge, integrated freezer, and washing machine — perfect for keeping those noisier appliances neatly tucked away and out of sight.
